Accessibility Statement
1. Scope of this statement
I publish this statement voluntarily. For private providers, the governing law in Germany since 28 June 2025 is the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) together with its ordinance (BFSGV); the technical benchmark is EN 301 549, which refers to WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Section 3 (3) BFSG exempts micro-enterprises from the requirements for services. BTECH SOLUTIONS is a sole proprietorship and falls within that exemption, so an accessibility statement is not legally owed. I publish one anyway, because accessibility is part of my work and I want it to be verifiable where this website stands.
The website is currently partially accessible. Some content does not yet fully meet level AA; section 3 says which.
2. Scope of the assessment
The assessment is a self-assessment covering keyboard operation, colour contrast, semantic structure, focus visibility and behaviour when the system settings for reduced motion and increased contrast are active. No external audit has taken place; where this statement says "tested", it means tested by me.
3. Non-accessible content
The following do not yet fully meet level AA:
- Motion tied to scroll progress does not follow the "reduced motion" system setting in every browser. Ordinary transitions and fades do.
- The map on the contact page embeds third-party map material. It loads only after explicit consent, and I have no influence on its accessibility. The postal address sits beside it as text and is fully readable without the map.
- PDF documents offered for download are not consistently tagged and are therefore of limited use with a screen reader.
- Some content is available in German only, even when the page was opened in English.
This list is updated whenever something is fixed or newly found — it is not a snapshot from the site's early days.
4. Feedback and contact
If you notice any shortcomings regarding the accessible design of this website, or if you require information in an accessible form, please write to me:

5. Market surveillance and complaints
Please contact me first — the shortest route to a fix is the note under section 4.
Market surveillance under the BFSG is carried out by the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF), Saxony-Anhalt, Magdeburg. It has been reachable for BFSG complaints since 26 September 2025.

The Conciliation Body under the Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG) is not competent here: it exists for federal public bodies. The earlier version of this statement named it in error.
6. Date of this statement
This statement was created on 25 January 2026, fully revised on 1 August 2026 and last reviewed on 13 August 2026.
