What is the framework for the collaboration?

As an external, project-based development service – clearly scoped and transparent. I work on defined tasks inside your existing codebase. Operating the application stays with you, and no long-term commitment is created: you commission exactly the scope you need.

How is the work billed?

Either hourly based on effort, or as a fixed project price for clearly scoped work packages. Which model fits depends on how precisely the scope can be described upfront: a defined package can be quoted as a fixed price, while ongoing support inside an existing team tends to work hourly. We clarify the concrete framework in the initial consultation.

Which technologies and stack do you cover?

Frontend: Angular 21 with standalone components, signals, SSR and prerendering. Backend: Django with PostgreSQL and a REST architecture. Operations and deployment: Docker, Linux, Nginx and CI/CD via GitHub Actions. Larger custom builds are documented under custom WebApps, classic business websites under web development.

Can I book you for single, clearly scoped tasks?

Yes – that is exactly what the model is for: a single feature, a refactoring, a technical assessment or stabilising an existing area. A scoped engagement is often the most sensible entry point, because both sides can evaluate the collaboration on a real result before anything larger follows.

What happens to the code when the collaboration ends?
