What the certificate states
It was issued by Developer Akademie GmbH, an AZAV-accredited training provider, in August 2024, with a web applications focus. The document lists frontend development, UI/UX and SCRUM as competencies, and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Firebase and Git as technologies. It exists as a PDF and can be viewed on this page.
Why hand-built instead of a page builder
A page builder is faster on day one and more expensive from year two. It ships pages that take several seconds before anything appears, because they carry everything any customer might ever need. What I build is generated as a finished page in advance: the browser receives text, not instructions to go and fetch the text. For you that means faster loading and content search engines can read without a detour.
Usability is not an extra
Contrast you can still read on a phone in sunlight. Operation that works with a keyboard when the mouse fails. Labels a screen reader can announce. Part craft, part legal requirement since 2025 — and in every case the difference between a website that looks good and one that gets used.
How you can check it on this site
This site is built with exactly that toolset. Every page sits pre-rendered on the server, motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion, and every control can be reached by keyboard. You can verify that without any technical knowledge: press Tab and see whether you can tell where you are.
What this means for your project
- Your pages sit finished on the server instead of assembling themselves in your visitor's browser.
- The interface is keyboard-operable and labelled for screen readers.
- Motion has a reason and stops when the device asks it to.
- You do not get a theme somebody else also has — you get an interface for your business.
