Creator Discovery Platform
for Travel YouTube Channels
SEO-optimized creator discovery platform for Thailand travel vloggers. Developed as a static SSG website with a separate app infrastructure for content management, automation, and platform features.
Note: Thailand-Vloggers.com is an in-house product of BTECH SOLUTIONS and therefore not an independent client project; the imprint of the platform names the same person as its provider. We say so rather than leave it out. This project combines a performant static discovery website with a scalable platform app for managing creator data, videos, and community features.

Project Overview
Thailand is one of the most popular travel destinations in the world and simultaneously one of the regions with a particularly active travel vlogging scene on YouTube. Thousands of creators produce content about street food, islands, nightlife, culture, and the digital nomad lifestyle.
The problem: this content is scattered across countless YouTube channels and difficult for viewers to discover.
Thailand Vloggers solves this problem with a structured creator discovery platform. The website bundles relevant YouTube creators, videos, and topics in an SEO-optimized structure and makes them discoverable via regions, categories, and creator pages.

Strategy & Architecture
The platform was deliberately developed as a two-part architecture: a static SEO discovery site for visitors and a separate platform app for data management.
This separation enables maximum performance for search engines and users while simultaneously providing a scalable backend infrastructure for creator data, videos, and community features.
- Static Site Generation (SSG) for maximum SEO performance
- Content-driven architecture via JSON data models
- Creator pages with structured data and schema markup
- Region and topic hubs for topic cluster SEO
- YouTube integration for displaying current videos
- Separate platform app at app.thailand-vloggers.com
- Headless backend for managing creator and video data
- Automated content expansion for new creators

Platform App & Headless Backend
In addition to the public discovery site, a separate platform app exists at app.thailand-vloggers.com. This serves as an internal dashboard for managing creator profiles, videos, and community features.
The app forms the operational backend of the platform and enables future extensions such as creator claims, community voting, automated video feeds, or analytics.
By separating the static website from the platform app, the public site remains extremely fast and SEO-strong, while the app can be flexibly extended as a headless system.
- Headless platform app for content management
- Creator management and profile maintenance
- Automated YouTube video aggregation
- Moderation and community features
- Foundation for future creator dashboards
- Scalable API structure for additional platform features

SEO & Content Discovery Engine
The central goal of the platform is not just displaying individual creators but building a scalable content structure around Thailand travel.
The website uses topic clusters and regional hub pages to structurally cover search queries like 'Bangkok travel vlog,' 'Phuket vloggers,' or 'Thailand street food YouTube.'
This creates a long-term content platform that both makes creators visible and generates organic traffic through search engines.
- Topic cluster-based page structure
- Regional hubs (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai)
- Categories for travel topics
- SEO-optimized creator profile pages
- Structured data for creators and videos
- SSG-based pages for fast load times
- Optimized for Google Discover and YouTube search queries
